Photo Guidelines
-
Get up close with your pet at eye level, this allows us to see all their details and individual markings.
-
It would be best if they are sitting or standing so there is a front-on angle.
-
Ensure the whole face and neck are visible and not in a shadow.
-
Lighting is very important when it comes to getting the best photo. Outdoor daylight or a well-lit room is perfect! This will reduce shadows and ensure we get a clear photo.
-
For the best results please use a smartphone or a high-quality camera.
When uploading your photo(s) please upload in a PNG or JPG file. Otherwise, we will not receive your photo. Please use this link below to convert your photo into a PNG or JPG file if you need to.
