Photo Guidelines

Our main goal is to ensure your print captures your pets individual, cutest characteristics at the highest quality. In order to do so, please follow these simple steps!
      1. Get up close with your pet at eye level, this allows us to see all their details and individual markings.

      2. It would be best if they are sitting or standing so there is a front-on angle.

      3. Ensure the whole face and neck are visible and not in a shadow.

      4. Lighting is very important when it comes to getting the best photo. Outdoor daylight or a well-lit room is perfect! This will reduce shadows and ensure we get a clear photo.

      5. For the best results please use a smartphone or a high-quality camera.

When uploading your photo(s) please upload in a PNG or JPG file. Otherwise, we will not receive your photo. Please use this link below to convert your photo into a PNG or JPG file if you need to.
